when for a run today, did 5.5km in 40mins!
ran 30mins, 5km. then warm down another 500m :D
its tiring, buttt the after feeling is sooooo good.

saturday is going to be a long and tiring day.
would be waking up early to do the Peanut Meltz, cos jiejie WANTS me to go over earlier( ya la, she didnt WANT me to, but she asked me to, i like can?)
steamboat at night, idk if jasper can go over leh, dk if got proper transport or not... not that jasper is a gaint and needs to be transported, but i have never took him on bus before, and i dont think ppl will be happy-.- he isnt a very quiet doggy~
